What's your return policy?
In the case of a defect or error, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any custom items.
What do you mean by "made on demand"?
All items are only made after an order is placed! This helps us reduce waste and make sure we can capture any customizations for each individual buyer.
